How Email Resume Import Works

Reccopilot scans a connected mailbox folder for resume attachments and imports them into the Internal Database. Harvesting runs in batches of up to 500 messages, skips non-resume documents and duplicate emails, and shows minimizable progress. The limit applies to harvesting, not outbound sending.

Connect The Recruiting Mailbox

Connect Microsoft 365 or Google to read, compose, reply and archive work mail inside Reccopilot. Import a job or candidate from a selected message when you want to capture a specific requirement or resume.

Harvest Resume Attachments

Hybrid resume parsing uses classical extraction and AI enrichment when needed. Review candidate records, parse confidence and audit information. Scanned-PDF OCR depends on configuration. Minimize harvest progress to continue other recruiting work while the batch processes.
